St. Patty’s Day is a couple of days away. My favorite thing about St. Patty’s Day are Irish Potatoes (yummmmm)!!!
I have been making Irish Potatoes since I was in 8th grade, so for almost ten years and they are delicious. They are easy to make and fun to share and really fun to eat.
Here is my easy recipe which will yield about 24 pieces (double it because you won’t be able to stop eating them, and definitely double the recipe if you plan on sharing)…
Ingredients:
Directions
Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes…
Prepare a cookie sheet…
…and then ENJOY your homemade Irish Potatoes (and remember ‘sharing is caring’)…
IRRELEVANT LITTLE FACT / SIDE NOTE: These little guys are about 59 calories each, unless you use reduced-fat cream cheese, but HEY, St. Patty’s Day is only once a year so have fun!!!
