Becky Hoover reports on Tuesday’s rally against Gov. Tom Corbett’s proposed 54% cut to higher education in Pennsylvania, hosted by APSCUF. Several hundred students, including some in favor of the proposed budget cuts, gathered outside of the Gemmell Student Center on March 22.

Cyber schools come under fire
