Monday’s double-header versus PSU-Beaver was cancelled due to the weather.
Clarion improved its record to 8-15 overall and 3-5 in PSAC-West play.
The Golden Eagles are 5-2 in their past seven games.
Clarion dropped the first game of play against Gannon on Friday 7-4 before taking the nightcap 5-3.

The Golden Eagles got the win on just five hits in a pitcher’s duel. Mark White went 1-for-3 with two RBIs, while Matt Rossi, Sean Zimmerman and Scott Berkes picked up a hit a piece.
The Golden Eagles are 5-2 in their past seven games and Coach Mike Brown says the turnaround is about two things; pitching and hitting.
“Our pitching is giving us a chance to win by (our pitchers) doing their job,” said Brown.
“The starters are holding teams and putting us in a position to win. I can’t say enough about our closers who are definitely up to the task.”
“Solid and timely hitting has also been a big part of the recent success,” says Coach Brown.
“The bats are starting to come around and guys are delivering some clutch hits,” Brown said.
The Golden Eagles play at Lake Erie on Wednesday before two double-headers against Indiana University of Pa.
The Eagles are set to play at home on Friday and then away at Indiana University of Pa. on Saturday.
The team will then travel to Pitt-Bradford on Tuesday for an away game.
After this the Eagles will be home next Saturday when they host Lock Haven.
