Clarion Track and Field hosts Half Marathon

Clarion University hosted the 26th annual Cook Forest Half Marathon and 5K this past Saturday. The event was held at Cook Forest, just 30 minutes outside Clarion. This year was the events best turnout yet, with nearly 800 runners that attended.

Clarion’s Women’s Tennis team fell to Mercyhurst College on Wednesday with a final score of 8-1. Clarion’s only point came on a win from Haylee Gardner at No. 1 singles, defeating Mercyhurst’s Meghan Raynor in a tiebreaker match with a final score of 6-3, 4-6, 10-8.
